Presentation is a game I play!!!
I started out with a glass pedestal dish and layered curly lettuce in the bottom then spooned veggie dip on top. Using mini carrots I cut a slit in the top and put a sprig of parsley into the slit. Just prior to serving I placed the carrots directly into the dip.
Pretty easy and festive!
